Visit to Lavender Fields
A Summer's day and a chance to explore some local lavender fields, with their distinctive aroma to enjoy and some beautiful purple flowers on display. It made for a perfect, relaxing Sunday morning trip.

A chance to view the interesting contrast between white and purple lavender plants:

Sample some delicious lavender lemonade!

And stroll amongst the lavender fields, which were also surrounded by other crop fields such as oil seed rape with its vibrant yellow colourful flowers.
Here we see a beautiful aged Oak tree in the distance:

Always great to get out and about and enjoy our natural environments which are so important to our survival!
