One of the most popular trees in my country is birch. Birch forests create a specific, beautiful landscape and are an integral part of the landscape.

Birch tree is used for the production of furniture, plywood; in the past, wheels were made of it, due to its plasticity and ease of processing. Charcoal is also produced from it. The bark is used for the production of tannins and tar.
Its thin and long branches served in the old days to impose whipping !!!
A birch cross placed on the grave of the deceased and a tree planted at the grave were to protect against evil spirits.
Birch twigs were used on palm trees during Palm Sunday. On Lany Monday (the day after Easter), when tradition tells the water to be poured, what more beautiful girls were lashed by whipped by the bachelors (very gently, of course). The more beats she receives, the more successful she will have at the opposite sex this year.

The Slavs considered the birch as a symbol of family, marriage, love and purity. Being among the birches was to bring health and prosperity. Person for relaxed troubled nerves gives hugs to the tree and entrusts him with his problems. Before that, you have to say hello to the tree and ask for support for our body and soul.
Birch juice can be obtained by yourself. In spring, make an incision on the bark of the tree and place a container under it. The juices that the tree draws so that it reaches its upper part, drip into the container. Such ready juice is very beneficial for the human body, because it contains all the necessary ingredients for health.

Birch leaves can be used to make an infusion; diuretic, cleanse the body of toxins and excess water, strengthen the body's resistance. Such an infusion can be used externally to improve beauty. As a tonic, it is a great solution because collagen and elastin contained in the decoction have anti-aging properties. Rinsing the hair with an infusion accelerates hair growth and prevents baldness.
Infusion of birch leaves
Pour a tablespoon of young leaves with a glass of boiling water and brew, covered, for about 15-20 minutes. Drink three times a day, no more than 4-5 tablespoons at a time.
Infusion of dried leaves:
Two tablespoons pour half a liter of boiling water, boil for about 5 minutes, then set aside for a quarter. Use as above.
Let's use the surrounding nature for our health and enjoy it as long as possible.☘☘
