Edge wallet has been compromised where an exploit resulted in users' private keys being leaked to its servers.

This is similar to the recent Slope wallet hack, but the scale is much smaller.

The hack also confirms why hot wallets can be dangerous, and why a hardware wallet may be a better alternative.
