Calculating approximately 200% - 422% value of dCity assets based on HIVE price

This is my own work from my own blog on the HIVE blockchain which is found as a link at the bottom.

Back a couple of weeks ago I had created a post over at PeakD to share some value of my investment into dCity and give an indication on roughly what all my NFT assets are worth there based on the current HIVE price at that time, but also the price based on what it was before it went down.

Thought I would share this to give others that might want a solid investment opportunity (not financial advice but giving you a solid opportunity to look at) should you have spare money or crypto and want to get on over to the HIVE blockchain and get into dCity.

Initial $900 AUD investment growing in value

Over the time I have been playing and investing into dCity I have accumulated approximately $900 AUD worth out of my own money not earned from HIVE into growing my cities.
This has come with a solid amount of hive and SIM earnings over the months since I first started putting my money in and have updated my spreadsheet to include the latest quantity of every dCity card from buildings, citizens and technology over my now 4 cities.

I have kept track at times to determine the total value of all my dCity assets which has put me into having a nice profit, not that I am wanting to sell off everything but to have ease of mind knowing how my investment is doing.

All values can be easily converted to your currency of choice for reference, if you google AUD to (your currency).

Let me share with you the values each gives in total based on current HIVE price for the first table, then previous price before HIVE went down and then share with you some graphs to put it into a better perspective.

Table of $ values for assets in HIVE and SIM

You can already see by just the 2nd edition buildings I have already made back my investment of roughly $900 AUD with the current HIVE price plus profiting by getting approximately 220% ROI, but then if I wait for the price to be back up again I will be looking at much more with approximately 422% ROI.

Now it is time for some graphs which I will include the total $ value of HIVE and SIM. I will also show each assets $ value based on current HIVE price so you have a good idea of which of my cards are bringing in the bigger money!

Quite interesting to graph up the values and get a good look at how well your dCity assets are going compared to one another, how much you have in a dollar value instead of just looking at numbers by themselves and lastly, a graph on how much the higher HIVE price will net when the price indeed hits it again in time.

As per the value in the graph which is based on totals from 1st edition buildings, 2nd edition buildings, citizens and technology, based on the HIVE price hitting 0.35 cents AUD an approximate 422% ROI. This is valuable to look at when thinking about why you invested in the first place and why @dcitygame is well worth getting into.

This is not financial advice but sharing the possibilities based on my own investment.
