The Pokemon brand is a strong brand as if you don't look at it. Especially the 2000s, where Pokemania appeared in our backyards. Even parents probably associate Pikachu despite a total lack of interest in these creatures.

I think it's all due to the great games on the Gameboy and the animations with Ash Ketchum - the Pokemon trainer.
I enjoyed playing Pokemon Yellow on my Gameboy, which I got in a bundle with the GBC for $50. On the other hand, we should not focus on Pokemon Yellow, but on Pokemon Red and Green. Well, these are the original Red and Blue games that appeared in Japan.
On the other hand, neither of the classic installments tells the story of Ashu, but of two trainers - Red and Green (Blue in the English version), which, compared to the "official anime" - did not suck :P
Pokemon Origin is a 4 episode animation depicting the fate of the characters from the GameBoy game, this means that the protagonist at the start does not have Pikachu, but Charmander, and similarly Green takes Squirtle (as in the games).
This is a loose interpretation of the story. Part of the storyline has been sped up and we have only short excerpts. It is potentially possible to make a 1:45h animation of the whole game, since the whole game could be passed in so much :P
It is certainly a springboard for fans of Pokemon animation. I'm not such a one, as I don't have time to watch hundreds of episodes :P I got through the animation fairly well on cda.pl and was not disappointed. Well, except maybe for the fact that Mega evolution appears, which was not in the first games ;)
It came out pretty well, although the dash is not good. At the same time we had Fate UBW, which quality of animation massacres Pokemons. A matter of money ... ;)
