What can we expect from a second stimulus package? I myself may not get much from the second package and have not followed it much besides hearing the political theater attached to it. That being said I would positively look forward to the stimulus package being passed.

You may ask yourself why would I want the package passed if it doesn't affect me. I'll tell you why. The first package was used by me and family members as extra money and we all basically put the money into the stock market. I expect the same thing to happen again. 

I understand many people need the package to survive but as it currently stands many people will also be receiving money thats not needed. Those people will either stimulate the economy further by spending their additional income or they will invest in traditional markets propping many sectors. As an investor I am hoping to catch some of those tailwind investments.
