After exactly one month since I posted about dogemining.io today I can share the sad news: 

- the page is down, facebook - down, twitter - down, telegram - last special code provided on the 28th June.

Without investing any money last time I checked I reached 10 Doge, which was still another 10 Doge from minimum withdrawal.

I can not tell if people, who invested their Doge in order to buy better "machines", were actually able to withdraw. But even if, my guess is, that almost nobody withdraws their funds from something, that seems to be working and generating profit.

Therefore again my advise - be careful with providing funds to faucets.

Legit or scam? - Dogeminig.io (from 2nd June 2021)

Amongst thousands of faucets it is not easy to find those, which are not a total waste of time.

I am on the search for those, which are reliable and let you indeed earn a little bit of crypto.

Here is an interesting Dogecoin- faucet I discovered recently. Let’s have a closer look.

The website

Dogemining.io is an easy to use, clearly arranged website. There are no pop-ups, no banners, or any other annoying things jumping right at your face after entering.

The faucet and bonus mechanisms

To withdraw your "hard earned" Dogecoins you need to reach 20 Doge (plus 3 Doge withdrawal fee).

There are four  ways to earn Dogecoin on this site:

1. First (and then one time every day) you can collect your daily reward. The “All user transactions” visible in the window “Online Users” indicate, that the daily reward varies (ca from 0,05 up to 0,08 Doge).  In my case the first claim was 0,05492596 Doge.

2. Additionally you can use “Machines”, which, depending on your deposit of Doge, can generate a certain amount of Doge. There is a free “Moon”-machine, that “mines” doge for you and lets you add the mined amount anytime to your account. Other machines, that generate more Doge daily, can be acquired for 50, 100, up to 100K (!) Dogecoin, you need to deposit first (careful! in case of a scam you risk to loose all your investment!).

3. The third way to earn Dogecoin is to click on “Tasks” on the left and insert a “Special-code”, which is being provided a few times every day via Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The last special-code I used got me 0,027 Doge. But you have to be quick – usually only ca. 750-1200 users can use a code, then it expires.

4. The fourth way is to “Submit information” on the share link of your social media (facebook, twitter, youtube, trustpilot), for which you can earn a one-time amount of Doge, between 0,1 and 10 Doge (or 1000 Doge in case of youtube).

Registration

For registration you need to choose a Username, an e-mail-address (recommended @gmail.com), set a password, confirm the password and tick/solve a captcha. By clicking “start” you get redirected to the faucet. 

Clicking on the icon next to your username and “Menu” you enter your “Account” where you can change your settings, confirm your mail address and add the address of your wallet to receive your Dogecoins (when a certain amount has been reached). I have entered my dogecoin address on binance exchange, which seems to have been accepted without problems.

Information on the website

The title page contains useful information – from describing “your steps”, over “about us” (no useful information here, though) to FAQs. Unfortunately there is on further information on the "talented team" or the company behind this faucet.

The special codes are distributed every few hours via facebook, telegram, Instagram and twitter.

My opinion

Sounds nice and easy to me – no captchas, no clicking through links on different pages. Nothing like the most other faucets. Compared to other faucets, the daily earning rate seems also unusually high.

A bit too nice and too easy.

Anyway, I do not consider any faucet legit, until paid. Before I can confirm and recommend it to you, I need to wait until 20 (+3) Doge will be collected by the tools, that are available for free. Until then I do not intend and would not recommend anyone to deposit any dogecoin to this page.

Right now I have no proof, if it’s legit, or scam. The reviews aren’t good, though:

I also have other concerns – there is no information on the people involved in this “project”, nor was I able to find anything about “Dogemining INC.”. There is no address, no e-mail, no phone. There is a support request on the website, where you can ask a question – I am waiting for a response, that I sent a few minutes ago.

Also on facebook, after sending a question, you receive the answer, to use the website dogemining.io, as “we may not be able to return here”.

Furthermore there is no apparent benefit to the person(s) behind this faucet, like earnings from pop ups, no commercials, no other links to any paid or unpaid pages – nothing. The only benefit I could think of would be the deposits of Dogecoin by users, in order to buy the available machines.

I am very reluctant to deposit any coins in this system, even if it is “only” 50 Dogecoings for the lowest paid machine (at a price of ca. 0,41 USD according to coingecko.com, it would be ca. 21 USD).

Sadly, there are lots of signs, that this one is just another scam. I’ll correct myself as soon as a payment is available.

Please be careful, it is just too easy to lose your crypto in perspective of easy earnings.

Right now I am at 17,4 Doge from withdrawal. As soon as we hit the 20 Doge mark (+ 3 Doge fee), I’ll update this post.
