I had some leftover biscuits from yesterday's breakfast so I decided to make something new this morning CHOCOLATE EGG CUSTARD.
So for the chocolate egg custard I used 4 eggs, 3 teaspoons of corn starch, 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 6 heaping teaspoons of hot chocolate mix (I didn't have any cocoa). I put the milk, sugar, and hot chocolate in a pot to boil. I take just a little bit of that and put in a small bowl so I can stir in the corn starch without getting any clumps. I then crack all the eggs into the bowl and stir good with a whisk. After the mixture on the stove starts boiling I take about 1/2 of it it pour it into the bowl while I stir. Last thing is to put everything back into the pot on medium heat and stir until it thickens.
