WE ARE WHAT WE THINK !!!

Our thoughts determine what we believe about ourselves (and others). THE THINKING CYCLE depending on certain circumstances  goes like this:

negative thoughts->negative feelings ->bring negative actions -> form a negative (perspective) belief in the world -> bring more negative thoughts and the cycle continues.

The BRAIN is formed by the "primitive part of the brain" (back) and the advanced part of the frontal lobe. (Neocortex)

The brain produces two neurotransmitters - Dopamine (which is related to feelings of well-being, love, joy, pleasure and motivation). and Serotonin which regulates emotional state, relaxation, sleep, impulses, irritation, memory, etc.

Low levels of the two Neurotransmitters result in a problematic emotional state.  What makes us use the primitive part of the brain when we react?

The origins of the Theory of positive thinking.

It began to become popular in the 1950s by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale with the book "The Power of Positive Thinking". What is not: A magical power that if you think positively things will change and positive energy will come your way.

One of the definitions of positive thinking is:

"The act of reviewing thought processes in order to identify parts of your life that need to be improved AND using the appropriate tools to turn those thoughts into a deliberately positive action to achieve a goal.

Positive thinking exists and has real power not in a magical way but it has been scientifically proven to change the physical structure of the brain. This process is called neuroplasticity. The brain can change its structure and functions at any stage of life contrary to what previously thought only the juvenile could happen.

The example of frequently trampled path helps us visualize the thought processes in our brain. The more you think a certain way (negative or positive) the more your brain will form certain neuropaths or ways to react each time you do the same way of thinking.  It will find the easiest ways to react. The most traveled path.

Risks of established pathways: -Lack of motivation - Low self-esteem - Pessimism -Depression

TRAIN YOUR MIND!

Examine yourself how, where and when you fall into a situation where you allow your thoughts to take the negative path
Take responsibility for your attitudes and situation. Only you, as the parent can know for sure what is going on in your mind.
Identify negative negative thoughts automatically
Do not personalize and do not filter thoughts (do not let only negatives pass)
Consciously replace negative thoughts with positive ones
Set measurable and achievable goals that have a good purpose
Surround yourself with positive people to help you progress
Find a quiet and convenient place to think from time to time where you are
Identify things to enjoy in life and make you feel good including physical activity
Give yourself time to change
Sweet words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and medicine to the bones. The mind is a source of life for the one who owns it!
