As you were in a good mood this weekend and the market was bullish, you bought a few coins. When you woke up today, some of them had dropped, and Bitcoin looked quite uncertain. What can you do in that case?

• You can sell if you think it will drop further. That makes sense in some cases. The key is to look at the candle sticks, are the red ones growing?
• You can buy the coins which have dropped. It can make sense too, if it is about to rebound. Look at the candle sticks again, do they turn green?
• You can wait. That might be a good option. Patience is crucial in cryptos. Sometimes you have to wait for months. Just keep calm & try to forget.

Ok, so far, you have not learnt anything... What can you do today? Let's look at Bitcoin 1 day candle sticks:

What you can see is:

• A big green candle on Saturday 12th
• A smaller green candle on Sunday 13th
• A smaller red candle on Monday 14th

If you compare it with the candle sticks one week ago, you will see exactly the same trend: big green on Sat., smaller green on Sun., smaller red on Mon.

And what did happen on Tuesday last week? Bitcoin dumped. So you may think that it will drop again tomorrow... However, nothing is sure yet.

The key is to understand what's happening behind the scene, as usual:

• European stock markets were bullish this morning, due to vaccines and other good news - usually that's good for cryptos
• US stock market should be bullish too... except if it gets too much affected by the recent hacking of US federal agencies...
• Bitcoin does not always follow stocks, its price is also currently limited by the resistance at $20k, or maybe even below...
• The altcoins do not always follow Bitcoin, e.g. XRP has too much increased due to airdrop effect, and is correcting now

Among all these factors, the most important one might be the US tech stocks reaction to the good vs. bad news (vaccines vs. hacking).

As of now, the US futures for Nasdaq are slightly green: +0.47%... So it might be a good day for Bitcoin and altcoins, with some risks.
