I've been saying it for a while now: Solana has the potential to flip Ethereum, and it's all because of mobile UX. 📱
Don't believe me? Check out this short video I made on YouTube where I dive deeper into the topic:

But first, let me tell you a story that perfectly illustrates the problem. I'll tell this story as if it was me, but it comes from @naruto11eth that I follow on X:
On July 14th, I was out with friends, watching the final of the Euro 2024 Spain Vs. England. I had a hunch Spain would win 2-1, and I wanted to place a bet on Polymarket. Easy, right? Wrong.
I opened the app, connected my wallet... and then the nightmare began. The transaction wouldn't go through. I tried everything – closing and reopening apps, switching networks, even sacrificing a goat to the crypto gods (okay, maybe not that last one). 🐐
But nothing worked. By the time I finally got the transaction to go through, Spain had already scored their second goal. I missed my chance to win big.
This is exactly what @naruto11eth is talking about. Crypto mobile apps are STILL a mess. And it's not just Polymarket – I've had similar experiences with countless other apps.
This is a HUGE problem. We can't expect to onboard the next billion users if we can't even get the basics right. And that's where Solana comes in.
Solana's mobile UX is light-years ahead of Ethereum's. It's fast, it's smooth, and it just works. If we want to make crypto accessible to everyone, we need to start prioritizing mobile-first experiences.
