It is quite an expensive mistake for one to subject his funds into businesses, that he has not done any background checkup!
At the edge of making money, a lot of people go the extra mile of actually spending cash to build a scam system, to drain money from others.
Internet has made stealing of funds and criminal activities so easy, websites are built on a daily, highly designed and formated to look real.
As human we are of the same flesh, so scammers are definitely aware of how we feel and think! So this forums has to be presentable in all form...
In Crypto World we have a lot of this personalities, the come as investors, business planners, entrepreneurs and so on. Dressed in prefect outfits, they have to appear good at all time... But this became outdated, although not entirely but scamming has graduated from such level to a more technical and advance methods...
I am someone that can't stay a day without touching my phone! And as such, when once I handle my phone I will look things up on the internet...
Just like any other person on earth, I often search on Google on how to make money off the internet...
I will be focusing on TWO scamming methods that are quite common in the world today!

A forum, a platform, perfectly designed and programmed with codes, furnished and polished to look good, having the best features that function properly and in all, built on a fake domain with deceptive intents to scam the visitors that fall and invest therein.
In Crypto World,
We have multiple of them, numerous and mostly anonymous...
There are many that claim to offer Services that will increase ones Crypto. Like a multiplier forum, that increases your Crypto worth by investing in it...
No doubts! We have trusted sites that actually do that, running on smart contracts that can yield you profits on your Crypto but we always have to be careful...
There's a saying that everything that has an advantage has a disadvantage... That has been proven over time!
If you go on Google to Search "Crypto Miners"
You will be astonished by the numerous ads that will come forth as results, so numerous that you can't even bring yourself to choose... The provision of Google ads has made it easy for scammers to operate on the internet, publishing and advertising their fake sites as ads to attract eyes, cause traffic and bring in investors.
A friend of mine lost a little some of ETH to a website, which was actually his luck because he didn't put much in it, so the amount he was scammed was little...
But on the contrary, scammers became wise! It's either you're given a high rate as minimum deposit or given a higher rate minimum withdraw! So you'd have to pour in higher funds to meet the requirement to cash out, but then you'd end up realizing you've been played...
Also on their intelligence, there's system that is not limited to a minimum or a maximum pay! You are quite allowed to deposit any amount and cash out any amount, but what happens here?
As a wise person you'd think you are,
You deposit a little amount and got your profits so you cashed out!
With that experience you fall for their deceptive will, all planned and set up to trick you!
You then go back to invest a higher amount, to make much profits... Then at that edge you'd just sit and watch your money vanish, it's either the site freezes or your wallet can't carry out any transactions and there's no way to get your money back, you've just made a big mistake and paying at an expensive rate.
Another means that scammers operate is by created scam apps.... At first you are already paying them by downloaded the app, and the time you spend on the app burning your data is another benefit paid to them, and if you equally got fooled to invest then that counts up to three times profit made off you!
Forgetting about Crypto, scammers operate in every financial sector! They are always ahead of us because they think smart and work smart!
Never invest in a business just because you were told!
Properly creating time to make your own research on the business, goes a long way to actually prevent regrets and hurts at the end of the investment day!
Research More And More before you even think of Investing, even if it is a trusted friend that is recommending the business, you may not know if he himself has an idea of the actual plot behind the scene, so it is more advisable you do your own research before Investing!
