In 2017, the temperature reached 42 degrees Celsius in rural Queensland, Australia. In the middle of this hellish year, Queensland police decided to prove just how hot the weather was by cooking themselves a quick breakfast. Under the midday sun, they put a frying pan with some oil on the hood of one of their police cars and cracked an egg into the pan. An egg must reach 70 degrees Celsius in order to be cooked. Despite the fact that the air temperature was only 42 degrees, it was possible to cook the egg thanks to the metal material of which the ceiling is made transmits and maintains the temperature.

In many parts of the world, you can use lava to heat their food. Klyuchevskaya, located in Siberia and the largest volcano in Eurasia, erupted in 2020. Many people fled the area to save their lives. A crazy team of volcano-loving people chose to climb the exploding giant to get a closer look at what was happening. On the way, they found out how much the ground temperature had risen by frying sausages on a nearby molten rock. The team claimed that the sausages cooked in just 15 minutes.

Let's have a barbecue :)
