Hello everyone!!!
I hope so you all are fine and happy 😊
We live in the world where everyone is a creator but everyone is a creator in different ways. Some use their creativity in making things while some use their creativity in editing thing's and in this era of social media everyone loves to share what they've or what they do , while some share in public and some share in privacy.
Capturing picture in public places!!!
When we visit outside with family or alone we love to capture moment and save them in the phone memory as it's our new way to save memories digitally. And sometimes there's a lot of crowd in public places especially when there's a events like Christmas m, Eid or Dewali mean on such kind of events there's a lot of crowd of people.
And people obviously make picture and blog's and sometimes public people come in their pictures and videos and they upload on the social media too to get fame or it's their a way of earning whatever the reason is but if sometimes you come in the public picture and you think it's a crime to share your picture in the public. Then you should change your thinking because we can't change people thought's but we could start from us and that's the better way.
Then, in my opinion, it's not a crime to share the pictures in publicly but there's actually the point. If you're the main subject of the photo then you can complain to cyber crime that someone publish your picture without your permission but if you just come accidentally in the picture then it's not a crime because they didn't have intentions to capture you but you come in pictures because you're there by chance.
Public places are actually for Public and you can't demand for privacy in the public because don't you know the meaning of public and private. Public mean public and for everyone and private mean you've option to keep things private. In public places you can't asked for privacy. Because it's for everyone and everyone can take pictures there and record the moments while some share on the social media and some are not as everyone isn't the same actually.
Final thought's!!!
It's not a crime to share your picture without any intentions and you came accidentally but if still you think it's a crime then why not you just stay at home because if you love your privacy then you should stay at home and keep you private. And especially during the events you should stay at home because during events every camera is open. We can't close every camera there also we don't know the people there so it's better option to stay at home and keep you private.
That's all for today and original blog was published on Hive.
Thank you for your time and support 🙏
