Finally back to writing about numbers after a bad flu.
Thanks to @blumela you didn't fall behind with any updates, but from today he will be back as usual.

But before going to see all the numbers, we leave you the usual links for all those who come across our project today.
NFTFRAPPE' is an all-Italian passive income project where you just need to hold one of our NFTs to receive passive weekly rewards.

NFTs SOLD

To date, 195 NFTs have been sold (13 more than last week) for a total of 1,124,100 Hive

We remind you that all the NFTs given away with giveaways and contests are also considered in the count because even those increase the pool and are part of it to all intents and purposes.

So this week we had a $26,430 increase to the pool from post earnings.

THE POOL

To get the value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$443.243 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 1,103.228 Hives.

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

1,124.100 + 1,103.228 + 1,525.000 = 3,375.889 Hive

Today we will be distributing 7,207 weekly HIVE divided as you see in the table above.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 374,764 Hives.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 23.49% on the initial investment made.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?

Also this week the return percentage for each individual NFT are slightly down, given the good movement of the market.

Let's take a look at the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT.

Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 15.77% per annum.
At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.

The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date, guarantees you a return of 18.89% per annum.
Early November 2022 APR for the Rare version was 6.95%

Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 25.05%.
At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.

Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 27.88% a year.
At the beginning of November 2022 it yielded 10.43%.

Until the end of June all HIVE earned from the sales of our NFTs, HIVE earned from the REWARDS of our posts and curations will be 100% entered into the POOL to increase your earnings faster. (They will always be retained about 30 SWAP.HIVE allows the development of various games.
NFTFRAPPE distributes passive earnings, swap.hive on Monday.
NFTFRAPPE distributes second level tokens obtained from posts ( #PGM #FUN #ONEUP #THGAMING ) on Mondays.

To increase your earnings we have decided to allow all holders of our NFTs to slightly increase their earnings from the pool.

Finalmente torno a scrivere di numeri dopo una brutta influenza.
Grazie a @blumela non siete rimasti indietro con nessun aggiornamento, ma da oggi tornerà spalleggiato come sempre.

Ma prima di andare a vedere tutti i numeri, vi lasciamo i soliti link per tutti coloro che si imbattono oggi nel nostro progetto.
NFTFRAPPE' è un progetto tutto italiano di passive income dove basta detenere un nostro NFT per ricevere reward settimanali passive.

NFT VENDUTI

Ad oggi sono stati venduti 195 NFT (13 in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana) per un totale di 1.124,100 Hive

Ricordiamo che nel conteggio vengono considerati anche tutti gli NFT regalati con i giveaway e i concorsi perchè anche quelli aumentano la pool e ne fanno parte a tutti gli effetti.

Come al solito, se andiamo a togliere il 10% delle fee di @nftshowroom , otteniamo 1.124,100 Hive tutti finiti all'interno della nostra amatissima pool.
73,800 Hive in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana.

GUADAGNI DAI POST

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 26,430 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

443,243 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 1.103,228 Hive.

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

1.124,100 + 1.103,228 + 1.525,000 = 3.375,889 Hive

REWARD SETTIMANALE

Questa è invece la distribuzione percentuale della pool e le ricompense di oggi.

Oggi distribuiremo 7,207 HIVE settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra.

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 374,764 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 23,49% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.

E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?

Anche questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT sono leggermente in calo, vista la buona movimentazione del mercato.

Andiamo a vedere l'andamento settimanale dell'APR per ogni tipologia di NFT.

Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 15,77% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.

L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 18,89% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 APR per la versione Rare era del 6,95%

Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 25,05%.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.

Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 27,88% all'anno.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 rendeva il 10,43%.

Questo un piccolo riepilogo dei valori di questa settimana.

(Verranno trattenuti sempre circa 30 SWAP.HIVE per permettere lo svolgimento dei vari giochi.
NFTFRAPPE distribuisce i guadagni passivi, swap.hive Lunedì.
NFTFRAPPE distribuisce i token di secondo livello ottenuti dai post ( #PGM #FUN #ONEUP #THGAMING ) il Lunedì.
