This year we're off to a quick start analyzing ours and your numbers.

So this week we had a $11,789 increase to the pool from post earnings.

THE POOL

To get the right value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$194.701 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 708.997 Hives.

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

739.800 + 708.997 - 40 = 1,408.797 Hive

56,923 more Hives compared to last week.

As you can see, the part of the pool deriving from posting works is almost equivalent to the pool deriving from NFT sales.
Which means that if our project was based only on the distribution of part of NFT sales, you would earn a reward equal to almost half of what you receive today.

As of today we should be distributing 130,486 PGMs per week divided as you see in the table above.

When writing this post, 130,486 PGMs equal approximately 2,443 Hives.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 127,036 Hive.
This means that we are having an annual return of approximately 9.97% on the initial investment made.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?

But let's take a look at the return percentage for each individual NFT this week as well.

Let's take a look at the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT.

Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 6.76% per annum. At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.

The purchase of a RARE NFT today guarantees you a return of 8.09% per year, while at the beginning of November 2022 it was 6.95%

An EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 10.70%. At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.

Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 11.84% per year, while at the beginning of November 2022 it was 10.43%.

DELEGATION GIVEAWAY

DELEGATION GIVEAWAY is the game that allows you to win an EPIC NFT of the edition you like most and participating is very simple, as the title suggests, a delegation is enough but here are the rules for participating.

Every 50 HP delegates allows you to receive a ticket for the extraction, for example 50 HP are one ticket, 150 HP are 3 tickets, 500 HP are 10 tickets, there is no limit..
you only need to delegate once and keep the delegation to have access to the draw every month.
The extraction is monthly and the extraction will take place every first Wednesday of the month starting from December.

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 11,789 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore giusto della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

194,701 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 708,997 Hive.

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

739,800 + 708,997 - 40 = 1.408,797 Hive

56,923 Hive in più se la confrontiamo con la settimana passata.

Come potete vedere la parte di pool derivante dalle opere di posting è quasi equivalente alla pool derivante dalle vendite degli NFT.
Il che significa che se il nostro progetto si fondasse soltanto sulla distribuzione di parte delle vendite degli NFT, voi guadagnereste una reward pari a quasi la metà di quella che ricevete oggi.

REWARD SETTIMANALE

Questa settimana divideremo i token PGM del nostro caro amico @zottone444

E questa sotto è invece ad oggi la divisione della pool in percentuale

Ad oggi dovremmo distribuire 130,486 PGM settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra.

Al momento in cui scriviamo questo post, 130,486 PGM equivalgono a circa 2,443 Hive.

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 127,036 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 9,97% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.

E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?

Ma andiamo a vedere anche questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT.

Andiamo a vedere l'andamento settimanale dell'APR per ogni tipologia di NFT.

Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 6,76% annuo. Ad inizio Novembre 2022 aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.

L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 8,09% annuo, mentre ad inizio Novembre 2022 era al 6,95%

Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 10,70%. Ad inizio Novembre 2022 invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.

Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 11,84% all'anno, mentre ad inizio Novembre 2022 il 10,43%.

DELEGATION GIVEAWAY è il gioco che vi permette di vincere un NFT EPICO dell'edizione che più vi piace e partecipare è semplicissimo, come da titolo basta una delega ma ecco le regole per parteciparvi.
