This is from the standpoint of someone with a modest level of tech and gadget finesse and experience. I've used the Bitcoin Lightning Network and would like to do so even more. Here's how I am using it with the following three tools:
sMiles makes it easy to earn sats doing the things you already do. To practice with Lightning and also withdraw, I'll withdraw here and there in small increments and send first to a Bitcoin Lightning Wallet. Here's an example:
So - now Muun has the sats. We go to River and create a Lightning Invoice and use that to copy/paste into Muun to request sats be sent to River. Here is what that could look like:
Now we go back to Muun to see what is going on:
After we send from Muun to River we can go and check the action at River and Muun collectively:
It's a fun and easy way to learn more about using the Bitcoin Lightning Network. The transactions are fast - very fast like Lightning.
