Hello, these days have been a bit turbulent, all anyone talks about is the trade war between the United States and China, but I'll leave that to the writers who are at the tip of the iceberg, and that's only because I discovered that I write more easily if I talk about drawing, or more specifically, cartoons, comic strips... those short stories in two, three or more panels, so I've been paying more attention to drawing blogs and through these illustrations I could comment on the trade war... oops! But that's an idea for another text...
I'd like to share one I made and posted, but maybe the social mood at the time wasn't that great, and of course I had few subscribers (I still do 🥺) but what I mean by that is that this simple drawing has already been classified as gore just because of the blood and the popping eyes.
I'm just satirizing the moment when I'm paralyzed in front of a blank page and the idea just won't come. I mean...it didn't come, because thanks to the cartoonist Angeli whose story I follow, I learned that the secret is to keep scribbling on a sheet of paper all the time and not to stay still waiting for an idea to come.
These scribbles are from the previous text, showing that as I scribbled I found a character, he didn't exist before the previous scribbles, understand?
This is the repost of the "creative block" cartoon because drawings made with pencil and paper in the age of artificial intelligence for me have more value and not less as they say.
(I'm revamping the cartoon blog, hence the repost, the name of the blog will be crypto cartoonist from now on)
