Four or five years ago I learned that my job as a programmer is not so good for my health if I do nothing else than sitting behind the screen and do sometimes, something in the garden. To do so is  good, easy and fun, but I wanted more. So I tried walking. Over the years I got used to it and even better I realized it is fun to. Soon I took my camera with me and took  some photos. In this post I want to show you some photos of the first three month in the year. Most of the time i walk at the same time in the morning. 

In january it is quite dark. And you can see the lights of the city near by.

some days later there is more light at the end of the walk.

At the end of the January it even more light in the mid of the walk. Now you can see the river Ruhr. 

The February starts with more light.

I like the light fog on the water.

Some rainy days later the river has more power... The fields around are a little bit flooded....

Three weeks later everything is back to normal. The goose are now every day there...

At last in march the morning sun does it's magic to the landscape...
