You really should be using Twetch, the Bitcoin SV-based Twitter. Not because it's necessarily the best social media platform around, but because it's trying something very interesting: running entirely on economic incentives for behavior. It's a great psychological and user experience experiment, and you shouldn't miss out on that, even if you end up hating it.
