I know I have said it at least once in this blog adventure.
I DON'T ENJOY DRINKING WATER!
And this past year it has been all the more harder...
Normally during the summer I have myself programmed to drink all the water I can hold. Why? I am a Civil War Reenactor. And the worst thing to happen to one of us out on the field, wrapped in layers of cotton and wool, is to get dehydrated. Heat stoke can happen in minutes. I tell myself I have to drink water to avoid heat stoke AND its much cheaper than a soda!
Butt hanks to the BIG CO, we had ZERO reenactments this year....
SO much less activity this summer, didn't do my weight problem any favor...
Much less water drinking too...
Luckily, when I married my High School Sweetie, she brought me two grown daughters and a handful of grands!
My Daughter Ash (yes I know she is technically my step daughter, but I swear my genes are floating around in there!) doesn't like just water too and she found a system that made it easier on us both.
