Ampleforth is an Etherum based extensible cryptocurrency algorithm (protocol) with an elastic supply that can expand and contract based on the market demand (inflating when prices are above $1 and deflates when price is below $1 ).

In this section we will try as much as possible to break down the ampleforth protocol system.

AMPL operates as an ERC-20 token on top of the Ethereum blockchain. [Ampleforth Ethereum contract (0xd46ba6d942050d489dbd938a2c909a5d5039a161)].

Ampleforth is designed to be used as the base money of the new decentralized economy, by providing an asset that cannot be diluted by supply inflation and at the time remains unlinked to the price action of other tokens and cryptocurrencies—(Bitcoin (BTC) in particular).

The Ampleforth protocol works as an elastic model,The protocol propagates price-information into supply, The protocol achieves this by seeking a price-supply equilibrium(pinned at $1 for AMPL), and will always enter a state of unrest until it finds one. As a result, the system alternates between two modes:

1. Dynamic state: In which supply is changing (state of unrest)

2. Equilibrium state: In which supply remains static

How the Ampleforth protocol actually works;

Yhe Ampleforth protocol seeks to reflect demand changes in quantity (supply) rather than the conventional price (price action).

For instance:

• Imagine You purchases 1 Ample for $1,
  Then Demand suddenly increases, and You now have 1 Ample worth $2( increased value)

  "In the case above, the Ampleforth protocol system will seek a price-supply equilibrium(set at $1), such that you ends up with 2 Amples each worth $1, giving you an increased value of $2 (1Ampl =$1) since you now have 2 AMPL instead of Your initial 1 AMPL.

The initial Market cap for Amplforth starting from the day of releas (On June 2020), was $7.8 million. Today, it is at $211,686,269 million USD ( this indicates a flash positive rise).

For more than 40 weeks the price of ampleforth has been maintained within the range of $1.72 USD - $0.771371 USD ( This indicates a coin with less volatility unlike other coins like BTC),

The All Time Low for Ampleforth is $0.294547 USD (on Oct 31, 2019) and The All Time High of Ampleforth is $4.04 USD (On Jul 12, 2020).

The present chart of Ampleforth shows an optimistic bullish trend on a 4hrs time frame with a crossover stochastic indicating a strong uptrend in the coming months (2021).

The chart shows the previous support line S1 (at $0.7372) and also there are three clear known resistant zones R1(at $1.1185) R2(at $1.3997) and R3($2.2303) Respectively.

* After a previous Successful down trend D1 (from $1.7095 - $ 0.7844) there is a crossing over of the 20 EMA over th 50 EMA and( C ) and also a confirmatory uptrend crossover of the stochastic in a 4hours time frame both of which indicates a potential uptrend (U1) which will extend towards the R1 resistance zone,the U1 if it breaks across the R1 zone it will tend to move vigorously towards the R2 resistance zone. (This will occur around 2nd week of January).

But note if the U1 isn't able to break pass the R1 zone, it will tend to pull down towards the S1 support zone at B1,

But hey!!!! Buyers don't be scared because the S1 zone hasn't been broken for more than 40weeks so this means that it is a clear strong support zone, Therefore from B1 point tthere will be a strong upwards pull towards the R1 zone and this time it will tend to break through the R1 zone.

AMPLEFORTH FUTURE PREDICTION FOR 2021

Yes I know this is the part most of you want to read,

Well here is my analytical prediction for Amplforth in 2021 and here is the reason WHY AMPLEFORTH IS A MUST COIN IN 2021.

I strongly believe that the Trend for Ampleforth is a Bullish one (i.e an uptrend) and here is why I say so,

First of all let's look at the chart once more;

January of 2021 will be magical because if the U1 breaks through and approaches the R2 zone,there will surely be a very strong resistance pull which will tend to push the trend downwards( Bearish) towards the R1 zone but not below it( this in turn will change the R1 from from a resistance zone R1 to a support zone S2.

From the S2 point( Formerly R1) a strong bullish force will tend to push the U2 towards the R2 resistance zone and this time,it will break through this resistance zone, But the U2 won't go far before a bearish force will tend to pull the U2 downwards, either towards the R2 zone at B2 or back to the S2 zone at B3.

But Do not tremble because either from the B2 or B3 a bullish force will push the trend to U3 and U4 Respectively and it will break pass the R2 zone and now will tend to Approach the R3 zone.

Based On the my extensive overall analysis of Ampleforth I strongly believe that early 2021 will witness a strong bullish trend.
