Your Exercise Regime - Before or After Bitcoin

Your Exercise Regime - Before or After Bitcoin

I have never been that active. Still, before I became a father, I used to swim occasionally at the swimming pool near my house. I also participated in casual runs. Stuff like the One Piece Run, Music Run, you get the idea. I wasn’t that sedentary. Unfortunately, I don’t exercise these days, except for walking. But then, walking is such a low-hanging fruit that I am embarrassed to include it in the presence of Stackers who are doing the 100 pull-ups or push-ups challenge every day lol. Last year, I did make it a point to run from my workplace to the subway station after work. But that’s about it. Work life has been crazy this year - and I haven’t resumed this practice yet. Which is why I’m always surprised that exercise usually comes up in the questions I ask Stackers. It came up as an answer in my post about “What’s your anti-stress routine and rituals?” (#407607) It appeared again in my post about “What are your routines about getting into the flow?” (#428633)   Okay, now I’m intrigued. My question is: have you always been into exercise before Bitcoin came into your life? Or did you embrace exercise because you wanted to sell more fiat to buy more Bitcoin? Exercise is one of the cheapest ways of spending one’s time and hence, is a habit that you acquire as a result of Bitcoin?   join me at https://stacker.news/r/cryotosensei
