I’m sure you have heard of Seedly, Singapore’s number 1 personal finance site. But did you know that you can earn points on its myriad forums to garner vouchers for yourself?
Indeed, I look forward to the first day of every month because this means that I can earn points for every post or comment that I contribute to the site. 150 credits, in fact.

I could comment on and on forever, but the forward-looking personnel at Seedly keep the monthly limit to 5000 credits. This means that you just have to comment 34 times every month. (33 * 150 + 50 = 5000 credits) Not that onerous a commitment, if you ask me.
What’s the point of accumulating credits, I hear you ask? Well, you can redeem these credits for useful vouchers, which should boost your morale and alleviate the rising costs of living.
However, patience is a virtue. Currently, many $5 vouchers have been snapped up. So, if I wish to lay claim to the $20 and $30 vouchers, I will have to post and comment consistently for at least four months before my efforts can bear fruit.
Which they did recently. This month, I managed to redeem $20 Sheng Siong vouchers.
This $20 may not be much, but it made my weekly grocery trip more memorable!
