DONT CALL ME LUCKY 

Its been long that the xrp community has been warning of the world about the Crypto currency and what it will yield in time to come . It has been building steam in the past days with no looking back on the way up. I have been passionate about the Blockchain technology and services that Ripple has to offer and it's been the strangest and patient investment I've ever had to make . I'm writing this with the though that  I bought my XRP @ 0.28/1 $/XRP and that was not to long ago buying my first coin on 27 January or sometime close to that. I've seen a return of nearly 5 times my initial investment. It's because of this that I am so excited and nervous about the future. Only because we still have not received regulatory confirmation of the future of the asset as it stands.

DARKEST TIMES FOR CRYPTO AS A WHOLE

In the wake of these insanely busy xrp prices we are also seeing a number of Crypto companies being sued by the SEC the latest one being LBRY. Until the USA law makers make a true and correct determination of how they will regulate the new trending and upcoming market . There will be no stoping from the SEC taking all these Blockchains to court and forcing a control over the industry as a whole. This is not a SEC issue but the framework of the law allows them the authority to continue watching and sueing all who are in breach of the security law. Even though it is clearly understood that the current determining factors does not correspond when applying it to Cryptocurrencies. 

WILL WE EVER GET THROUGH THIS 

It is the reality of the future that has so many people wondering what's going to happen to the future. It is not just going to happen on its own and the truth is until we have a regulatory compliance standard we will be continuing to see the SEC misuse the power they have been allocated. The biggest and fastest way is for the law to change to incorporate the new and improve the requirements for the determination of a currency or a security . We will see the masses all invest into Crypto once regulatory framework is in place . With the worl waiting for the USA lawmakers we can only but hope that this happens sooner rather than later . In the end there are still ways to get XRP in the USA with the price of xrp set to blast off as soon as it gets relisted by major Crypto exchanges. 

The end of the struggle is near we need to stay patient and continue to HODL our xrp investment for the future to reveal it self to us . The greatest redistribution of wealth in history . Don't be asleep
