Chainlink has been surging at an extraordinary rate over these past 3-months as the coin jumped by a total of almost 100%. The project came to the front of everybody’s attention as they started to integrate its decentralized oracle solutions into a number of high profile projects.
Previously, I had conducted a similar analysis on the Ampleforth whales and decided I should do another for Chainlink whales this time.
The Chainlink rich list is accessible on the Etherscan page for anyone to see. It shows a full list of the wallets sorted by the largest amount of LINK tokens held.
Interestingly, it seemed that the top 20 LINK holders were all solely focused on just holding LINK and no other massive holdings. It is only until the 25th largest LINK whale until we start to see some other altcoins in the holdings.
Following is a list of hand-picked LINK whales that I found - I hope you find it interesting;

Summary
It seems that Chainlink holders are majorly focused on LINK itself rather than any other cryptocurrency. However, there is a small pattern of other cryptocurrencies that seem to pop up amongst all of these whales.
In particular, Basic Attention Token seems to appear quite regularly as a large holding. In addition to this, stablecoins such as DAI and TUSD crop up quite regularly as well as legacy networks such as OMG and the DeFi protocol ZRX.
