This title reminded me of the cute cartoon I watched when I was a kid.

In this cartoon, a lion by the name of Bonifatsy who worked in London's circus occupying the position of a lion.

Because of his talent as a performer and great working skills the circus director allowed him to have a vacation. Bonifatsy went to Africa, where he dreamed to swim in the lake and catch a golden fish.

Once arriving in Africa he met his grandma whom Bonifatsy brought an umbrella to protect her from the African sun. This brings me to the point of this prompt. While was having fun in Africa the grandma kneaded using needles.

I don't want to give you the spoilers for the entire story. Watch it yourself. It is narrated in Russian, but one can totally understand what's going on without any translation.
