Kucoin is one of the most important exchanges and let me say that it must absolutely not be missing from your subscriptions. Why? Because Kucoin is different from other exchanges. One of the most important features is the large variety of altcoin and chains available. Ascent (the leading financial services evaluator) named Kucoin the best crypto app of 2022. This report considered: fees, amount of tokens listed (over 600 assets and 1100 trading pairs), KYC rules, customer reviews and security. As of December 2021, there were over 10 million users (over 200 countries) and continually increasing trading volumes (an average of $ 3 billion daily trades). The fees are 0.1% per transaction which can be further reduced by 20% if traders hold KCS, which is the native token of Kucoin Exchange. Kucoin was among the first exchanges to support the Binance Smart Chain (Bep20), outside of Binance. It was among the first exchanges to list Ampleforth (an algorithmic stablecoin). You try to check out the large variety of chains supported for USDC:
-Erc20
-Trc20
-KCC
-Algo (!!!)
-Arbitrum (!!!)
For USDT all these chains are supported but also EOS! You can also withdraw BTC on Arbitrum, instead Ethereum on Arbitrum and Optimism (they are two layer2 that run on the Ethereum blockchain. If you do not use Kucoin, you are forced to use the two bridges of Arbitrum and Optimism by spending over $ 50 of Ethereum gas).
If you want to use RSK Network (the main layer2 on Bitcoin), the only way is to use Kucoin! You could access Bitcoin's DeFi by withdrawing RSK (used as gas) on Sovryn, MoneyOnChain, Blindex, RSKswap and BabelFish. RSK (RBTC) which tracks the price of Bitcoin is only listed on Kucoin.
Have you ever heard of Valora? Valora is a Celo Network wallet that allows you to receive 25% interest on stablecoin. The two stablecoins you can use are: cEUR and cUSD. You can find them, only on Kucoin!

Access to any DeFi always passes through Kucoin: Waves, Kardiachain (Kai), Polkadot (Astar, Acala, Moonriver, etc), Kadena, Huobi Heco Chain, KCC (DeFi on Kucoin!), etc The great flexibility of Kucoin make it a fundamental exchange if you want to use 360 ° DeFi and if you want to find "hidden gems" with low market cap.
HOW TO GET STARTED
1) Sign up with KYC: Kucoin (Signing Up)
2) You can buy Kucoin (Buy Crypto) by credit card (or SEPA transfer), third party (Simplex, BTC Direct, Banxa) or P2P (Paypal, Revolut, CashApp, Neteller, Google Pay, etc)
3) You can also directly deposit your crypto by searching in the appropriate bar! You are careful to deposit in the correct chain, otherwise you will lose your funds! If you are sending ETH via erc20 chain you will need to deposit to ETH erc20 address. If you are sending USDT (trc20), you will need to choose deposit address trc20!
4) You can trade using the classic "limit" orders, buying at "market" (remember that you will have to transfer your crypto from "main account" to "trading account) or through an automatic trading bot that allows you to maximize the profits (you can use a default bot or create a custom one. You can learn more here: Trading Bot, Kucoin)
5) Kucoin also supports leverage (here to learn more: Margin Trading, Kucoin) and derivatives trading (futures)
6) Another interesting feature is the "lending" which allows you to rent your cryptocurrencies (basically they are lent to other users who block a collateral to ask for the loan. Later those who have received liquidity will have to repay the loan with the interest and part of this profit is provided to lenders)

7) Staking is also present on the exchange which allows you to earn an income (the deposit can be "flexible" or "fixed")
8) Spotlight (this section allows you to buy tokens in pre-sale before listing on other exchanges)
9) NFT and gaming (here NFT & Gaming, Kucoin you can buy NFT through IGO)
HOW TO FIND HIDDEN GEMS
I opened the article by saying that Kucoin supports a lot of chains and tokens that you can only find listed here. In fact, Kucoin is also known for the listing of small gems with a low market cap. For example I was interested in PolkaCity (a metaverse token) and DeFi Yield Protocol and I only found them on Kucoin!
You can use CoinMarketCap to find low-market tokens and check where they are listed. If these tokens are listed on a large exchange, 99% of them will only be found on Kucoin. Check here: New Listing (Kucoin). You can also find interesting articles on their blog: Thanksgiving Message from KuCoin: What Are Your Favorite KuCoin Gems? and Top 5 Crypto Gems On KuCoin In 2021 By Performance
There are also many Youtube channels and online articles that mention the new listings on Kucoin and any 100x gems (just use Google and use some keywords such as "hidden gems kucoin", "low market cap kucoin", etc). Clearly you must always do your research (DYOR) before buying, however you can get an idea and analyze if a project can be interesting.

How to find a low market cap token? I always advise you to study the project and its tokenomics (token + economics) first. You have to ask yourself: is this token useful in its ecosystem? What is it for? Is it worthwhile to do long-term holding? How many followers do they have on Twitter and Telegram? If the project seems interesting to you, then check the market cap: the lower the market cap, the greater the chances of growth!
I remind you that Kucoin is also developing his DeFi called KCC. These dapps use the KCS token as gas. Obviously these platforms are decentralized so you have to be careful in their use because Kucoin is not responsible for any losses (even Binance is not responsible for bugs and hacking on the Binance Smart Chain!).

If you want to access the KCC you have to buy the KCS token because you will need it as a gas. First of all, download Metamask and configure with the KCC by entering this data in "custom network":
- Network Name: KCC Mainnet Network
- Network URL: https://rpc-mainnet.kcc.network
- Chain ID: 321
You will get an EVM address (similar to Ethereum's; these addresses start with "0x") on which you can withdraw KCS token (which you can use to carry out trades and as gas in DeFi).

You can also use these DeFi platforms to find little hidden gems with very low market cap. For example MojitoSwap is the Kucoin DeFi platform with the most liquidity. Of course, you can find the MJT (Mojito Token) listed right on Kucoin!

I remind you that none of the tokens mentioned are intended as investment financial advice! They are just examples. You must always do your research (DYOR).
CONCLUSIONS
I am a big fan of Kucoin and in this article I have explained the reasons. Kucoin allows you to do automatic (bot) and manual (spot and derivatives) trading, to use leverage, to earn interest (lending and staking), to buy NFT (IGO) and many low market cap altcoins. Kucoin is also known as "People's Exchange" because it is suitable for any class of investor. If you have big capital you can buy any big market cap crypto, if instead you have small capital you can always invest small amounts on "hidden gems" that could make 100x. I use DeFi a lot so the very high number of supported tokens and chains is definitely my favorite feature! Kucoin also offers customer support and assistance 24/7 (tickets and live chat)!
