Step by step tutorial for farming on Pub.finance and Roadmap Update

So, like most of you, I've heard of token farming in the last weeks on the launch of tokens on Ethereum (and now many others chain added it) but never tried, mainly because of the high gas fees and the high numbers of scam projects and rug pulls

A few days ago I found this new project that just launched, pub.finance and decided to give it a try so I'm putting up a small guide for everyone that is new at this for farming on the ETH/PUB pool (there are 8 different pool on pub.finance). After the first days with 100 PUB rewards for block, yesterday the community voted on telegram to approve a reduction to 10 PUB per block.

I've used a new metamask address, have to do and confirm 5 onchain transaction that costed me around 17$ - 0.05 ETH (fast gwei at the time of the test was 110).

For this example I'm using 1 ETH.

Step 1 - Send 1.1 ETH to the metamask address

Step 2 - Buy 0.5 ETH worth of PUB tokens on Uniswap

Step 3 - Add liquidity to the ETH/PUB pair on Uniswap; first you'll be asked to approve the PUB Token (on chain tx), than you'll put the amount of PUB you want to add to liquidity and Uniswap will auto fill the amount of ETH needed (if the price did not move will be around 0.5 ETH since we bought that amount of PUB). Click add liquidity (on chain tx) and you'll receive the Uni-V2 tokens needed for farming.

Step 4 - Go to pub.finance and click on "unlock wallet" on top right, and select Metamask

Step 5 - Click on see the menu (bottom of the page) and you'll find the 8 pool available

Step 6 - On "Steak 'n Chips" click on select and you'll be sent to the ETH/PUB farming page

Step 7 - Click on approve ETH-PUB UNI V2 LP (on chain tx)

Step 8 - Click on the + that appeared next and select the amount of LP tokens you want to farm (click on max), then confirm (on chain TX)

And it's done, you're farming in the PUB. Whenever you want you can Harvest your farmed PUB, remove or add more liquidity, with no lock, just a simple and quick transaction.

The team released the roadmap recently to highlight the future and sustainability of the $PUB project; a new governance token will be issued and a swap will be performed.
