Pudding is a delicious dessert and everyone familiar with this meal. It is very healthy also. There are many kinds of pudding available in market or fast food restaurant. But today I am going to share a pudding recipe, which is made by chia.
If you are not familiar with Chia you should know that, Chia is a useful grain. Although it is a America's grain, it has spread all over the the world for its various health benefits. Chia seeds is very beneficial for heart for its Omega 3 acid. It a fiber, which is helpful for weight-loss. If we can add chia in our daily diet, we will get the benefit of those beneficial aspects.

Let's take a look about the ingredients:
- Milk: Three cups (full cream milk)
- Sugar: 3/4 cups
- Gelatin powder: 2 tablespoons (can be made with china grass too)
- Chia Seeds: 3 tablespoons
- Water: 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
- Packet jelly: 1 Pack
Steps of the recipe:
First, keep soak the seeds in water.
Boil the milk , sugar and vanilla essence in stove.
When the milk is blowing, take some hot milk in other pot and mix gelatin powder in it. If you need to use China grass instead of it, then mix china grass with cold water.
Now mix the mixture with the remaining milk and take it off the oven.
Now add the chia seeds and mix it well then pour in a pudding pot.
When milk gets cold, put it in refrigerator and wait for 5/6 hours. Now we can see that, the pudding has tow parts. Chia seeds should be the upper part of white part.
Now take the jelly packet and make the jelly by following the instruction of the packet. Pour the jelly on the pudding and wait for 3 hours.
Enjoy the cold three layer Chia and milk pudding.
