Mow Let's take a look at this recipe. It's nice as a breakfast in the afternoon with a little tomato sauce.
List of the ingredients:
- Potatoes: 500 grams
- Eggs: 1 (boiled and smashed well)
- Chopped green chili: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander sliced: 1 table spoon
- Fried onions: 2 table spoons
- Hot spices: 1 teaspoon
- Egg: 1 lightly beaten.
- Some biscuits powder.
- Oil: The amount of frying.
- Salt: Amount of quantity
Steps of the recipe:
At first, the potatoes should be boiled and well mixed with salt.
Now heat the oil in a pan and boil it well and fry it well with salt and Smashed egg,chopped coriander, coriander leaves, hot spices, salt according to taste and fried onion and mixed well.
Now make some small ball by this when it become cold. It should be 10/15 pieces. Keep them in normal refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Now fry the balls well after pasting egg and spreading biscuit powder. Put it on tissue paper. (You can give the balls a flat shape like photo)
It can be eaten with sauce as light meal or side dish in morning / afternoon / night meal.
