- 5 cups of chicken stock
- Soy sauce, light 1 teaspoon
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- White peppercorn powder 1/4 teaspoon

- Sugar: As you like
- Salt: As taste
- Coriander leaf , to decorate the dish
Steps of the recipe:
Put the Tomatoes in boiling water. When the thin peels burst, remove the peels of tomatoes.
Fry onion on the oil. If onion become soft and glossy, give chicken stock, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper and salt and sugar as well as quantity. After blending, keep stirring gently for 10 minutes.
Blend the white part of the eggs. Pour the white part of the eggs slowly over the top. Do not stir, Wait a minute for eggs become boiled.
Now add the tomato and keep in light heat for 3 minutes. After 1 minute, taste the sugar and salt quantity. If any problem then adjust the quantity. Then Stop the heat and present the soup with coriander leaf and green onion.
