Today I am going to share a sauce making recipe. Hope this will be special for those who love to eat peppery and hotter foods.
We almost eat sauce with fast food or less spice food. Tomato sauce is the most popular among all sauces. But those who like to eat a little peppery or hotter, chili sauce is the first favorite list of them. Red pepper sauce is more familiar but green pepper sauce has different flavors. Red pepper sauce is used with pancakes, vegetable rolls, beef rolls, burgers etc. Here is the recipe about both types of pepper sauce. So let's get started.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Green Chili sauce
- Chili:100 grams
- Garlic: 50 g
- Cucumber Pickles: 1/4 Cup
- Lemon juice: 1/4 cup
- White mustard seeds: 1/4 cup
- Sugar: 1 table spoons
- Salt: As taste
For the Red Chilean sauce
- Red chili: 100 grams
- Garlic: 50 g
- Tomato puree: 1/2 cup
- Vinegar: 1/2 cup
- Salt: As taste
- Sugar: 3 teaspoons
Steps of
Green Chili sauce Making

Step 1
Blend all ingredients together in blender.
Step 2
Green chili sauce was made and ready to serve.
Red Chili Sauce Making:

Step 1
All the ingredients except vinegar should be blended together in blender.
Step 2
Boil it for sometime in stove and make the ingredients thicker.
Step 3
Add vinegar and boil it little more.
