Teneo, the company in charge of selling Three Arrows Capital's assets, says a judge ordered the arrest of Su Zhu. Firstly, The judge ordered Zhu to cooperate with the liquidation process, but he did not. As a result, orders were passed that Zhu must be arrested and held in prison for four months.

SEC delays Blackrock spot Bitcoin ETF decision ๐

Starting in October, Buenos Aires citizens can download the QuarkID wallet โand claim key personal identification documents such as birth and marriage certificates.โ
The Buenos Aires government aims to sign up 2.5 million citizens to use QuarkID wallets by the end of the year.

Ethereum is the most popular blockchain protocol for web3 development in the US, with 38.9% of node requests. BNB Chain is second with 31.3%, followed by Polygon with 17.2%.
In Europe, BNB Chain leads developer activity with 24.4% of node requests, closely followed by Polygon and Avalanche with 22.8% and 22.6%, respectively. Ethereum comes in fourth place at 18.3%.
In Asia, BNB Chain also dominates, with 72.1% of node requests. Ethereum follows at 25.4%, with Polygon and Arbitrum generating 4.5% and 4.3% of requests, respectively.
