Have you ever seen those "experts" on social media promising absurd profits and showing off luxurious lives... and felt like "something doesn't add up"?
Have you ever felt the frustration of knowing something is fake, but seeing thousands of people believe them?
You're not crazy. You're just seeing how the machinery of despair works.
The 3 dirty tricks of fake gurus (and why they work):
1- They sell fantasies, not reality:
- They tell you: "Earn $10,000 in a week with $100."
- They don't tell you: "Risk management is boring and takes years."
The truth hurts...lies sell.
2- They play on your emotions:
- Fear: "Are you going to die poor?"
- Greed: "This is the opportunity of a lifetime."
- Shame: “Everyone wins except you.”
Your emotional mind reacts faster than your logical mind.
3- They fake success:
- They rent cars, edit photos in Dubai, wear fake watches.
Appearance matters more than substance in a scrolling world.
How to protect yourself:
- Be wary of ridiculous promises: If it sounds too good to be true, it's a lie.
- Look for transparency: Do they show losses? Do they admit mistakes?
- Value the process, not the result: Trading is boring. Consistency > quick profit.
In closing:
Don't blame yourself for considering following a fake guru. Desperation is human. But your financial dignity is worth more than an empty promise.
