In a few hours a new week will begin and the monthly analysis we saw on Friday still stands.
Remember, the range for looking for short entries is quite wide, so there are two options here:
1- Risk Entry:
Start positioning above the April high (79485) up to the top of the CME Gap (84300) and the Year Open (87650).
A good strategy might be to place sell orders above the daily high of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week.
This doesn't guarantee that all orders will be filled, because the price could fall starting on Monday, but it does guarantee you're positioned at the highest possible price for the week. And if risk management is correct, then it can be a fairly smooth swing trade.
Just make sure to place the stop loss above 90600 while building the position and then adjust it as the price develops.
2- Confirmation Entry:
Here, we won't be able to enter at the week's highest point, but we will guarantee a much tighter stop-loss, thus achieving a much more favorable risk/reward ratio.
In this strategy, we don't trade on Monday, and confirmation will be seen by observing a daily candle with a significant upper wick that creates a change in the chart structure on lower timeframes (1 hour - 15 minutes).
The entry would be on the following day with the stop-loss above the previous day's high.
