The price decided to move down to the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level... a scenario we always considered.
The important thing now is for the price to react from this level and recover to 74508 again as soon as possible.
It's important to remember that this 0.5 Fibonacci level is within a generational range between 15476 and 126199.
And yes, it's true that we could move even lower to find the 0.375 level and the mid-FVG-Y zone around 59k, but these are buy levels, according to the strategy I use. Selling at these levels is not part of the strategy.
It's true that it's a fairly wide range and volatility can be punishing while building positions... but that's inherent to the market and can only be mitigated with proper risk management.
In any case, for the time being, I still see the weekly/monthly opening levels as the area to lock in significant partial profits. And the CME Gap level at 84273 as the final target.
For now, all that remains is to let the price play out and manage the trade according to each person's strategy. In my case, I will be increasing and decreasing my exposure in the short term to maintain the best average price and the best risk management that allows me to deal with the high volatility.
