The goal of this analysis is to reduce as much noise as possible in the current market.
We're going to focus on the main buying zone to position ourselves and make this week's trade.
The closing price on Friday in the CME futures is 84273... That will be the main target for this trade.
This green box represents the range between last year's low at 74508 and the 0.5 Fibonacci level at 71000 (see the monthly analysis 👉 https://www.publish0x.com/cubancrypt/btc-monthly-analysis-february-1-2026-xrpxrov ). This is the area where we'll look for confirmation before entering.
This range has an approximate width of -4.88%, which means that any leverage above 25x carries a high risk of liquidation.
The best confirmation for entering a trade will be seeing the price recover to 74,508 and consolidate briefly. However, if the price breaks below the 0.5 Fibonacci retracement level and then decisively recovers it, this can also be considered initial confirmation, but with a slightly higher risk.
Once this happens, the price should move fairly quickly towards the weekly and monthly open levels, where partial profits can be taken.
Before the end of the week, the price should reach the main target to close the CME gap. If it doesn't, then the best course of action is to close the trade completely, regardless of the price's current position, because we could fall back below 74,000.
This is all the important information we need to focus on for the rest of the week to avoid the noise.
