In my post, link above opens in new tab, I introduced a site called Masmic, where you can reply to other people's questions to earn XLM. I've created a question of my own in order to show you, a little better, how things work - i.e. where's the money coming from and how do I get it ( that's why we're here, isn't it LOL)

So, below I have my NOT published question on Masmic. It's not publihed on Masmic because I just started today and the questions I did answer are not "Closed" yet, meaning the question is posted for a set number of days; afterwhich the XLM gets divided up.

So, here are the screenshots for a question I WILL open to the public once I earn some XLM on Masmic.

Cryptocurrency is nearly perfectly aligned with the thought of MONEY, though that is NOT the full, underpinnings of what cryptocurrency really is.

While cryptocurrency is being played like the stock market, in reality, cryptocurrency is but only the "value" placed upon an application that uses a new technology called Blockchain.

These two concepts need to be separated.

Even under the heading of 'Cryptocurrency' you will find something called a dApp - Decentralized Application. dApps are built on "blockchains". Not all blockchains do the same thing the same way. Bitcoin is different than Ethereum which is different than Hydro which is different ... you get the point.

I think we need to redefine "Cryptocurrency" into a more 2.0 definition because I get asked a lot just what is this 'cryptocurrency'. Most people only relate to the $$$ understanding but have no clue where these virtual coins get their value.

A redefinition of Cryptocurrency is needed so it is MORE synonymous with what it really IS and DOES.
