Yesterday, July 7, the TRON Foundation announced the change from its Internet domain name to t.network. In other words, adopts a domain with a single letter, the TRON t.
According to the TRON Foundation, this change allows having an easy address to visit and share, as well as being rare in the market, since there are few variations (so an increase in visits to the new platform is expected).
In the words of TRON founder Justin Sun:
The simple domain name not only contains collectible value but may also help deliver more premium investments. Its biggest significance lies in the building of company brand and business value. As we're ushering in the era of TRON 4.0, the powerful addition of a top-tier single-letter domain name further contributes to the already robust TRON network, reinforcing the benefits of its four major features, namely, TRONZ smart contract privacy protocol , new dual-layer consensus mechanism, TICP cross-chain protocol and financial institution and enterprise blockchain solution.
