Trading the cryptocurrencies is one of the most profitable methods used actually by a large community around the world. But it is also considered as one of the riskiest ways, and even some people treat it as gambling. While gambling is more risky, since it is depending only on luck, you can make some profit from trading if you follow some requirements. In this article, and based on my simple experience and knowledge, I am sharing with you some useful tips about trading cryptocurrencies safely.
1. Start learning before getting involved with trading:
To become a successful trader, you will need to have a large knowledge of this field. You have to know at least the basics like how to analyze the charts, how to study carefully the crypto markets, how to choose the most profitable coins/tokens to trade, and how to choose the best timing to buy or sell. These basics are highly needed in the trading world, and without having a minimum knowledge of them, you are risking to lose your hard earned money. We can't explain easily here these basics, because each one needs many articles, but you can read about them in many resources online (trading blogs, Bitcointalk forum...).
2. Start with small amounts:
Start your first trades with small amounts, because you are not looking (in this trades) to make real profit, but to build your own experience about trading cryptocurrencies. The possibility of losing in the first trades is the highest, so it is better to risk only small amounts of money in the first trades, until you get enough experience and knowledge so you can increase the amount slowly.
3. Build your own experience in trading:
Your own experience is the most helpful tool for you, to become a successful trader. Even if you have a really good knowldge about this world, nothing can replace the personal experience. With time, and making so many trades, you will see that your experience improves and you will avoid many mistakes and minimize the risk of losing.
