It doesn't drain your battery either as instead of burning energy Pi secures its ledger when members vouch for each other as trustworthy, this forms a network of security that determines who can make transactions. Although in the early stages and not listed on exchanges yet Pi is giving early users the chance to get ahead as it begins to distribute it's token and build its ecosystem which will feature a peer to peer market system where users can send and earn Pi tokens and because Pi works on mobile the benefit will be that Pi can link to a local network of peers.
