It's interesting how Publish0x contests are beginning to not just expose me to new, high-quality projects but giving me the opportunity to try new things that I would otherwise not even consider attempting before now. Such as creating MEMES.

It's very un-me. But hey! it's interesting, right?

My AMPL Love Story:

One day, with a super wet risk appetite I went to CoinMarketCap and filtered the display based on the top losers for the day. 

That's how I found AMPL with about 45% loss on the 24 hours.

I remember haven seen this same token top the gainers list a few weeks or days prior, so I felt, this was a perfect bargain and bought a small bag.

Only then did I remember that there's what's called DYOR.

I decided to learn about this newfound lover of a token and joined their telegram group.

By the time I found out what the token is all about, I was already down by 15% and losing tokens daily.

To cut the long story short.

Haven seen the wonders of AMPL, I decided to write an explainer article about Ampleforth (AMPL) to help others in their own DYOR process

And to HODL it until I enter positive rebase territory and at least break-even or escape with even a small profit.

That never happened.

And after over 1 month of waiting and wishing, I finally sold off my bag at a huge loss and moved on.

Never to look back again.

But AMPL says the love affair is not over. 

She chased me everywhere until it found me again on Publish0x.

And this time around, I MUST receive it, to love and to cherish for as long as it remains a tipping token on Publish0x.

Quitely, Publish0x slid the AMPL token into the tipping pool.

Members who tip often and pay attention to the details of the tipping rewards were among the first to notice the new token, and were like, where the hell did AMPL come from all of a sudden.

Only then did Dan (Publish0x CEO) release an announcement of what they have done.

AMPL to replace LRC as the top tipping token on Publish0x and most people were excited about it. 

The fun didn't end there.

The Ampleforth team came prepared to wow Publishians with a total tipping pool takeover (albeit for a weekend), 50% tip upgrade, and a $100 tweetstorm bounty and other perks.

How to Earn (More) $AMPL on Publish0x

As stated in the announcement, AMPL is currently the top tipping token on Publish0x with a 47% chance that every tip you receive or give on Publish0x will be in AMPL.

So you can expect to be earning more AMPL going forward, until further notice. 

Here're some tips from me to maximizing your AMPL earnings on Publish0x during this time.

• Write more. 
• Max out your daily tipping limit.
• Refer more people to Publish0x and earn 5% of all their tips
• Withdraw when AMPL is at or above $1 to try and "catch" positive rebases.

1. Write More

The more you write, the more chances of getting tipped you have and the more AMPL you are likely to accumulate. 

2. Max Out Your Daily Tipping Limit

 Each Publish0x member can tip up to 10 different authors per day. Please use it all!

It's not like it's such a big number, nor are you abusing the system by maxing out your daily limit EVERY DAY.

Stop leaving all that money on the table and start tipping all the authors you enjoy.

3. Refer and Earn

 Did you know that you earn 5% of all tips that your referrals give?

Now you do!

If the person you refer earns $1 from tipping their favorite authors on Publish0x, 5% of that amount ($0.05) is yours and you earn this commission forever. 

Given that most of their earnings will be in AMPL (for now), you're passively accumulating more AMPL through referral commissions.

4. Time Your Withdrawal 

This is a personal tip.

I will likely be withdrawing my AMPL when the price is at or above $1 so that I can "catch" the positive rebases early and get more tokens from the rebase and thus potentially increase the dollar value of my earnings.

Done right, and with some luck, you can easily increase both the value and quantity of the AMPL you received from Publish0x.
