1. Minting and selling NFTs
If 2017 was the year of ICOs and 2018/2019 was the year of IEOs, 2020 is the year of DeFi and NFTs.
Thanks to blockchain marketplaces like OpenSea, Rarible, Super Rare, Gods Unchained, KnownOrigin, Async Art, AxieInfinity, Decentraland, Enjin Marketplace, etc, minting, and selling of NFTs for instant crypto now is just a piece of cake.

If your graphics skills are good you can even begin making money right away by producing high-quality, captivating, and meaningful graphics using your favorite software and selling them on auction or at a fixed price on the relevant NFT marketplaces.

2. Flipping blockchain domain names
Blockchain domain names are simple human-readable domain names registered on a smart contracts blockchain network such as Ethereum, Zilliqa, etc, with which one can receive payments in different cryptocurrencies and build uncensorable websites.
The Ethereum Name Service, Unstoppable Domains, are the two most popular blockchain domain name registrars where you can buy blockchain domain names such as mikepence.eth or mikepence.crypto
Because these types of domains are just beginning to gain adoption, this is the best time to stock up on some premium domains which you can sell for a massive profit in the next few years.
Or better still, you begin buying up some high quality, premium domains and reselling them with a small margin in the popular NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea.
Personally, I have acquired over half a dozen premium blockchain domains that I am planning to sell sometime in January 2021 or hold onto them for many more years with the hope of selling them to the highest bidder for a nice profit.
