Hello people,
One day i was reading my mails on mobile and, when i connect to exchanges, i receive IP notifications. And opened one from Trade Satoshi, to see the last IP connected. And by mistake, i tapped that "Lock my account" link. Sh*t happens!
And yes, after that i received a fast notification that my account is locked. Damn! I've send them an email to unlock my account, and they requiered me my persoanal data, again, the personal data i provided when i registered my account 1 year ago. Ok, i provided.
It's been 3 weeks since then and 0 response. And my account is still LOCKED.
Just before this, i deposited a few thousands of HORA tokens.
So, i think to let an review on Trust Pilot, and guess what: i'm not quite the only one with this problem: there are 73% negative reviews, most of them with accounts locked and funds stealing.
My mistake is partially mine, because i didn't researched the reviews before.
In conclusion, DO NO USE THIS EXCHANGE. This is a big SCAM exchange and they steal your money and personal data.
