Obviously I am referring to people that have small stake and looking for ways either increase their #HIVE stake or just dive into the cryptoworld and got their first cryptos. Of course those sites not limited to those with small HP, everyone can use them if they want but i think large stake holders or people that already made their way in the CryptoWorld won't spent any time (i might be wrong).

Let's start with a HIVE one, Giftgiver is an initiative that help new Hivers to face RC problems, well 0.003 HIVE is very small amount to begin with but way better than nothing (+ you can claim every hour).

One site that i still use to claim DGB is theCryptoFaucet, i'm using that thanks to @trumpman and i believe that is one of the best paying Faucets. You can claim once a day with a guaranteed middle/high reward 0.45 or 0.91 DGB in my case (i have won two-three times the second best reward also).

One more great site is Horizen Faucet, the official ZEN faucet offers some nice optionally bonuses that added to the main claim and the chance when you claim for 5 days in row to get 1 ZEN.

Using Brave browser to claim gives you 20% extra faucet rewards and by linking some of your social accounts (FB, google) and using their official wallet to hodl your earnings you have extra multipliers (optionally).

You can always use sites like Coinpot and other similar but i'm not suggest to do it, focus on few that don't drawn your time and gives you something back.
