Before the change, interactions with Tron smart contracts often cost less than a penny and never more than a single TRX, which hovered around US $0.025. Under the new arrangement, each interaction may cost Tron users up to 450 TRX — at the newly pumped price of around US $0.035. That's a 33% premium on top of an exponential rise in cost.
