On the 27th of August 2022, I looked at the one year and all-time price charts for Bitcoin and saw that it had taken a nose dive. I decided that it was as good a time to buy as any, so that's what I did. Although I didn't get much BTC (just a little less than one thousandth of a Bitcoin), I nevertheless put that into a crypto savings account on Luno, to earn an annual interest of 1.5%, all going well. It's not much, but it's better than nothing. Since interest is calculated and paid out on the last day of each month, I received an email this morning that it has been added to my account. That's pretty sweet, although the amount itself isn't much. I'm hoping that I can keep it there for at least a year and let it accumulate a decent amount of BTC for me. I'd also like to be able to put more BTC into the account at a later point, have some sizeable base capital to really make it worth my while.

Maybe I'll win ZeroRequiem's BTC giveaway competition. Who knows?
