Today I will be starting a mini series looking at some of the hot meme coins which have been flooding the market recently, doing a quick analysis on each to show the latest (and somewhat crazy) trend that has taken over the crypto space.

Known as $TOADS, DigiToads is a memecoin based off a well known image of a Toad. With the apes and dogs seemingly moving aside, the frogs and toads have been primed to take over the memecoin space. It markets itself as a play to earn memecoin, and one which is set to revolutionize how people interact with meme coins. The token has raised more than $4.4 million so far and its focus is as a play-to-earn game in which you play with digital TOADS characters. You can find there website here: https://digitoads.world/
The characters are there for users to raise, develop, and even battle with in competitions to earn even more $TOADS. Not only can users battle their TOADS, they can also stake their tokens to to generate passive income. NFTs will be available from the DigiToads marketplace, which can in turn be staked to earn 2% of all transactions in a staking pool. The token will work on the Ethereum network (ERC-20).
Its launch is aimed for July of this year, with the presales taking place and seeing a price increase, starting from $0.01, in each new presale stage. The TOADS altcoin has already increased by 260% and is expected to reach a minimum of 450%, although nothing is guaranteed, by the time of the game release in July. The tokenomics of the project will see percentages split for presale, the developer team, development of the project, liquidity pools, and prizes to ensure the project is sustainable and viable in the longer term.
Its certainly an interesting project. It somewhat reminds me of the Logan Paul project crypto zoo, although it seems better thought out and more viable in its creation. It also looks like it could actually take off and happen, unlike that project. Certainly one to check out and for anybody interested in getting in early on a memecoin, this could become a nice earner one its fully launched on DEX's and potentially CEX's down the line, as part of the roadmap.
