Today we are going to look at a selection of different Artificial Intelligence (AI) available to use when creating artwork, along with other mediums, for use as NFTs. As this is a growing industry and the AI scene is growing on a daily basis, it could be argued that AI will become the new main creator in artwork down the line. Hopefully not as I believe nothing beats the real human touch, but it's worth looking at some of the services available for helping artists currently. This is not an exhaustive list, merely some of the sites I am aware of for AI art generation.
How Does AI work with NFTs
AI can work in many ways with NFTs, as I recently eluded to in one of my posts about AI integrated withing NFTs, called iNFTs. This post will look more at some of the options available for making NFTs through AI, generally through a website which allows users to enter a base image or text for the AI to work from.
Night Café Creator
This is a site which allows users to create AI artwork, and also display them within the integrated gallery. The bulk creation of NFT's is available on this side, which is all completed code-free. It only takes minutes to use the available power of the AI to generate artworks to sell. The app makes use of multiple machine learning algorithms to create NFT art. It can also apply style transfer, meaning if a user uploads a photo they can make use of the AI to mix it with a style. This can be used to create multiple versions of a piece of art, or enhance a photo with a specific style. The text-to-image AI allows users to create art from nothing but a textual prompt, and users can even add a specific artistic style for the AI to follow. All images belong to the creator, once they own the copyright to the original image if uploading to apply a style. The images can be created at up to 64 megapixels in resolution, roughly double 8k. There is no marketplace for selling NFTs, users must make use of a third party site to achieve this. Users can make use of the Night Café Creator for free, being given 5 credits towards creating artworks per day. For a user to create more, they must purchase a credit pack, although there is no subscription required. Users can stack their free credits towards creating a piece, although it should be noted to create a truly complete piece of art it will take multiple credits, therefore it can take time to get the desired result when just relying on the free daily credits.

This site allows user to achieve graphic design and image editing in an easy and accessible manner. The AI tools allow both experts and non-designers to automate tedious work tasks through making use of attractive and easy-to-edit templates. These allow anyone to create device mock-ups, social media posts, marketing images, app icons, and other work graphics even with no prior experience. The features available include text-to-image, removing background from photos, restoring old photographs, colourizing black and white images, enlarging pictures, and can even be used to draw inspiriting through AI for writing tasks. All the graphical work is done without any loss of quality, while the writing side of the AI can brainstorm engaging topics for articles, videos, and podcasts that will captivate audiences. While some of the features are free, a differing level of fee structures apply depending on which services are required, but the creators are flexible and willing to work with people on tight budgets, students, and in developing nations where $1 is comparable to a full day's wage.

AIMade.Art
This site has developed an AI system which it named Alicia, that has learned how to paint by analyzing thousands of oil paintings from renowned artists such as Van Gogh, Goya or Munch and others. Currently they are also in the process of developing an AI named Alais, that is learning from modern, publicly available datasets with Creative Common (CC) licenses for training and is capable of putting an amazing twist on art and photography with some human collaboration. Each NFT created is unique, and as an added bonus they all come with a free physical copy printed on high-quality canvas and shipped for free worldwide. The dimensions are 16x16'' (40.62x40.62 cm) or 12x12'' (30.48x30.48 cm) by 1.5″ (3.81 cm) deep, and the Artwork comes prepared to be hanged on a wall. This is available for the first buyer of the NFT artwork, and not for any secondary markets. As each artwork is one of a kind, the site tokenize the artwork as a NFT on Ethereum's blockchain to certify its uniqueness. Once purchased, the owner receives a high-resolution file as unlockable content. The owner also has an exclusive and unlimited license for the use of the artwork, including commercial purposes. With their own gallery to showcase the artwork, AIMade.art is showing the way forward in AI artwork and NFT sales.

StarryAI
This site makes us of AI to allow users to generate and create NFT art. Users simply enter the text prompt they wish for and the AI creates artwork from the words. They aim to remove the laborious process which requires technical expertise when making use of AI, and allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of AI art creation through a simple and intuitive process. Its available on both iOS and Android, free to use, and users retain full ownership over the NFTs they have created. It also allows users the ability to choose from a variety of different models, styles, aspect ratios and initial images. Users can pay for a subscribed membership to have unlimited access to NFT creation, or maintain a limited free account.
